WeIRCd is a robust, easy-to-use and simple IRCd (IRC daemon) written in C from scratch. It has been designed to be small and simple and very easy to setup. It makes only very little usage of external libs and needs only the very basic system libs. The most current server version available on this page is 0.4. You can download it for free, the licence of WeIRCd 0.4.* source code is GPLv3.
